Shipping policy

DELIVERY

The GIRL GANG GOODIES team is delighted to provide complimentary delivery for all customers in our delivery zone. Delivery is made by car our delivery team and delivered by hand. During delivery, our team will be following strict sanitation process (more below). At this time we do not ship our products.

Due to the nature of being a small, hyper-local start-up, we are only able to support deliveries within our Delivery Zone. We deliver as far East as Woodbine, as far North as Sheppard, as far West as Keele and down to Harbourfront. 

ENSURING SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

If you have selected a doorstep delivery at check-out, please plan for someone to be home during your delivery timeframe as GOODIES are not insured or packaged to protect against wildlife or curious passer-by proof.

If you have selected that the GOODIES be left with concierge for delivery at check-out, please ensure that concierge accepts food packages. If this is a gift, we suggest you ask either the person that is receiving check with concierge, or alert concierge there is a package for them coming on your delivery date and to accept. 

At this time, we are unable to support re-delivery if the delivery fails – for example, if concierge refuses to accept the food package or we are unable to access an apartment building from street level. Please note, the GIRL GANG GOODIES team will always make the greatest effort to contact the sender and/or the receiver of the GOODIES so please provide that information at check-out.

EXTRA MEASURES FOR DELIVERY DURING COVID-19

Please note: we are practicing contactless delivery, so all deliveries will be made to building concierge or apartment/home doorsteps. In order to practice safe social distancing, we will not be ringing doorbells, knocking on doors or meeting clients to deliver GOODIES. With the phone number provided at check-out, you will receive a text message once the GOODIES have been left with either concierge or at your doorstep.

GIRL GANG GOODIES is committed to keeping our community and team safe; below are the measures we will be taking during delivery to ensure our mutual safety:

  • Single person baker & delivery: GIRL GANG GOODIES is a team of 1 (our founder, Morgan) doing all the baking and delivering, reducing the number of interactions.

  • Contactless delivery: All deliveries will be left at doorsteps of homes/apartments or with concierge and not exchanged by hand.

  • Text notifications: You will receive a text before your delivery with an ETA of your GOODIE arrival, and a text afteryour GOODIES are at your doorstep. This is the phone number provided at check-out. To limit interaction and touching, we will not be doing in person hand-offs, ringing doorbells or knocking on doors either.

  • Personal Protective Equipment: We will be using separate pair of gloves for each delivery and disposing of those gloves before re-entering delivery vehicle. We will also be sanitizing between each delivery and wearing a mask during delivery.  

    DELIVERY WINDOWS

    Due to the volume of orders we receive, at check-out you will choose a delivery window for your order ex. Monday March 5th 11:00am-3:00pm. Our team works hard to ensure your delivery occurs within that timeframe. In the unlikely event your order will occur outside that timeframe, our team will contact the number provided at check-out or email to alert you of the updated delivery time.

    If you have forgotten the delivery window you selected at check-out, email us with your order # at girlganggoodies@gmail.com and we would be happy to provide you the delivery window timing!

    If you need to change the delivery date, we are able to accommodate date changes (subject to availability) with +24 hour’s notice of your originally selected delivery time. For example, if your delivery time is Tuesday February 3rd 1:00pm-4:00pm, we will be able to switch your delivery to a later date if alerted before Monday February 2nd 1:00pm, if the new desired date and time is available. Our team will always do our best to find the next best available date and time.
