Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - SWEATERS

All sweaters are made-to-order and therefore cannot be exchanged for another size. Due to the custom nature of this product, we are also unable to accommodate refunds at this time. Sorry! Love you! Not sure about your size? Check out our size guide! 

RETURNS - COOKIES 

Once GIRL GANG GOODIES cookies are delivered, we do not accept returns due to the nature of the product being a perishable product. Gift cards are also non-returnable items.

REFUNDS

If you have placed an order and selected a delivery location outside our delivery zone,  our team will reach out for an alternate address to delivery to within our delivery range free of charge. This option is available up until 24 hours before the start of your delivery time. If you have placed an order and selected a delivery location outside our delivery zone and you are unable to provide an alternate address within our zone, and it is more than 24 hours before the start of your delivery window, we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. If we are unable to reach you and/or your delivery window starts in less than 24 hours, you will be eligible for a store credit provided in the form of a gift card that will be emailed to you. 

Orders are considered non-refundable within 24 hours of the start of your delivery window ex. if your delivery window is Tuesday May 2nd 1:00pm-4:00pm, you cannot get a refund after Monday May 1st 1:00pm. Orders that have been baked and delivered are also not eligible for a refund. 

After orders are delivered and our team has sent the delivery notification via text or email (whatever is provided at check-out) the GOODIES are no longer the responsibility of GIRL GANG GOODIES. If the product is destroyed by or taken by wildlife or stolen after delivery, the

All items purchased using a Gift Card and items purchased on sale are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for a refund.
